Control Center gone missing...

I've been working on a strategy. NT8 crashed a couple of times. On restarting NT8, workspace came up with *no* Control Center. See attached image. Don't know how to reproduce. I think I will have to waste my workspaces in order to it back.

UPDATE: Trashing the template files, and workspace.xml did the trick.
