    loss of data

    this happens every week when I shut the computer down for the trading week, when I turn it on Sunday, the last data is for Thursday. The entire Friday is missing and I have to re-download it.

    what the f is the problem?

    It shows the trade markers, but not the bars on the chart.

    now I can't participate at the open until it re-downloads and updates the charts.

    So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20160417.XXXXX.txt'.
