Can't connect to server

Hi,

I'm having trouble logging in. I'm getting the can't connect to server error.

I looked else where and found that I needed to download some file, which I did and it still didn't let me login, I"m also getting an error saying I need to update. Which I can't do unless I'm logged in right?

Click on the link:

Enter your email http://ninjatrader.com/GetStarted

Select 'NinjaTrader 7'

Select 'Download'

NinjaTrader needs to be closed when upgrading
