superdom columns

I have fallen in love for superdom columns as it now shows a way to programalticlly monitor chart trader orders that are entered manually.
I do notice that opening a single instrument and adding column allows me access to all the orders placed by all symbols in the charts using onorderupdate
however, onmarketdata is fired only for the instruments that are in the superdom tab. is this difference by design or is it a defect?
