account balances not updating

Attached you'll see two screenshots from today:

1) Showing executions on the Sim101 account yesterday and today on the execution tab.
2) Showing the account balances on the account tab.

For some reason realized profit is not updating and the account balances are remaining unchanged. Realized profit on the SuperDOM is also not changing as I enter and exit positions.

Did you just connect NT this morning and have the problem or did you leave NT running overnight?

Is the problem on both the Sim101 and Sim102 accounts?

I've been continually connected since Sunday night. I just did a quick trade on SIM102, and yes, that account is also not updating.

Could you please email your database file to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with the subject: "ATTN: Michael M http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum/showthread.php?p=456383"?

You can either do this via the NinjaTrader platform under Help -> Email support -> At the bottom of the window, expand "Other files" and check the "Database file" field.

Alternatively you can manually attach the database file (found in Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db folder under the name "NinjaTrader.sdf") in an email.
