Ninja doesn't release indicators => memory leak

Here's an indicator that allocates 100 MB of memory on the startup of the indicator

If you press F5 a couple of times it will crash Ninja with an out of memory exception, meaning the indicator is never garbage collected.

I ran the VS2105 diag tools and it seems it could be caused by an event handler.
