TF Contract is Missing

I have a workspace created on a 64-bit computer. When I transfer this workspace to my 32-bit computer the TF chart is completely blank. Additionally, the TF contract is missing from the pre-loaded instrument list.

When I right click on the blank TF chart, the following items can’t be used because they have been “greyed out” on the menu:

-Indicators
-Strategies
-Strategy Performance
-Paste
-Zoom Out

All my other charts in the transferred workspace (ES, YM, NQ) operate normally.

Last month there was a change in the ICE exchange fees, and I believe you cant have ICE unless you subscribe to the exchange now which is what the TF trades on. If you did sign up for the new fees then it may be as simple as just reloading NT.
