Can't Draw.Dot in Strategy v10

It seems as though v10 has broken the ability to Draw in a strategy when running in the Strategy Analyzer. Try Drawing a dot in a strategy and backtest it through the strategy analyzer.

The issue has been previously report and is being tracked with NT8-9605.
