Getting illogical error message when importing historical data that makes no sense

the error message:

USOIL: Time stamp in line 9862 at 3/12/2012 12:01:00 AM is smaller than/equal than timestamp in previous line: 20120312 000000;107.24;107.24;107.11;107.12;24

these are the two time stamps it is refering to:

20120312 000000;107.24;107.24;107.11;107.12;24
20120312 000100;107.22;107.22;107.12;107.12;18

It seems to be saying the first timestamp is equal or greater than the second, when clearly it is neither.

The second one is clearly 1 minute later/greater.

What am I missing?
