is there any option to export and import the hot keys or copy any xml file?

Your hot key configuration is stored within the Documents/NinjaTrader 8/UI.xml file. They are not stored uniquely by themselves but could be "exported" or "imported" by transferring this file.

Can I know the instrument list too? I'd like to import only the instrument list. How can I?

Instruments lists are part of your database file which you can find under Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db > "NinjaTrader.sdf"

Similarly to hot keys, it is not possible to isolate instrument lists for "import" or "export", but transferring this file will transfer instrument lists.
