Thanks really appreciate the feedback. We personally don't like the idea of open suggestion and feedback tracking since last thing we want to do is give any current or new an upcoming competition an edge by making such information public. As a trader I'm sure you can sympathize since if you have an edge in the market you're unlikely to yell it at the top of your lungs.

So we prefer to internally track this stuff for now and make sure our staff is trained on how to manage our internal lists. In addition to the list our product managers continually monitor all community and communication avenues and personally work with the product. All this sensory data combined is how we make decision on what to do next for NinjaTrader and so far we enjoy the results.

We're constantly looking to improve our processes so I appreciate you sending us the link below. We for sure will evaluate it to see if it a tool we would be able to use or not.

Anyway, if the company enjoys and doesn't see the value in using everyone's time for something more productive then by all means keep doing what you're doing.

PLEASE do NOT leave out the request to have the option to have the "touch / Cross" to be able to "Speak" the alert. NT7 has a very nice speech function for alerts and this would be great for NT8.
