What's causing these problems?

I have two separate machines with Ninja 8 on both. Machine A is 64 bit. Machine B is 32 bit.

I transferred the workspace created on machine A to machine B. Ninja 8 behaves very strange on machine B ........

-- Horizontal lines missing on one chart but not another

-- Fib drawings missing on one chart but not another

-- SuperDom prices updating normally, chart prices are frozen

-- Custom and standard indicators missing from charts

-- Turn live connection off, custom indicators return

-- Turn live connection back on Ninja 8 may run normally – or it may not. It depends, but I don’t know on what.

So I may test using your files from Computer A please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for the following items:

• Log and trace files
• Workspace files and UI settings
• Template files

Also can you please also attach a few screen shots of your charts from Computer A to compare what is loaded on my end.

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
