TD Ameritrade 'Forcibly closed my connection'?!?!

Hello,

This is the 2nd time this week that my TD Ameritrade data feed has been forcibly closed by TD. I get the message: "The connection was forcibly closed by TDA" for no reason.

I am logged in like I normally am and watching the market, then all of a sudden I'm kicked off! I'm being booted off my own account by TD Ameritrade?

Then I I try to reconnect, and I get a FATAL error from NT8 B9

So I may look into the issue further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

I think I figured out why this happened. When my TD Ameritrade data feed would disconnect and I had a Yellow light next to the connection and it was still trying to reconnect for long periods of time THAT is when I would get Forcibly Removed from my TD Ameritrade account connection. The forcibly removed error didn't happen right away but only after an extended period of time while the light was Yellow. I haven't had it happen in a few days - nor been disconnected from TDA, so I'm hoping something got fixed on the TD Ameritrade side. I'll post again it if happens again.
