NT8.9: Backup Reminding Service issue

I've noticed with the NT8 B9 Backup Reminding Service that it does remind me to backup, but after selecting yes, please do, it doesn't; it simply shuts down the platform without a backup.

Also, when shutting down the platform, I continue to get the error dialog box "Fatal: there's no market data handler to unsubscribe," which has persisted from B8. I select "Abort" and the dialog box closes without incident, nonetheless, I don't see why it has to continue occur.

Please advise.

I'm able to reproduce what you're experiencing with the backup.

I'm not able reproduce the error you're receiving when you close NinjaTrader 8. I'll need a bit more information.

What data providers are you connecting to?

If multiple connections, which order are you connecting in.

Do you have Connect on startup enabled ?
