    Ninja manager's vs Trader's

I run NT8b9 and open CVX intraday 5M chart from 1997 year. I use chart and program graphical indicator's with condition, for find trade logic, for my trade system, as some understand market's have not linear logic's.

I understand that Ninja manager's, at once program profitable trade system, and run their on real broker account, but I not can create trade system, review only price in Historical Data manager, or see few day's on chart.

    My question next:

    1. How many time, I need move mouse for fast review 20 year's intraday chart ?
    2. How many time, I need scroll mouse wheel, with current old and lame scrolling system, for fast review 20 year's intraday chart ?

Dear Ninja product manager, may be send for you historical data on ftp, and you play Game in office, who more quickly scroll intraday chart with 20 year's data ?

Now 2016 year ! and I see HD clip's through internet from youtube, but what is scroll system in your Chart ???

I close NT8b9 and run Amibroker, their programmer initially know that trader's work 90% time with chart, and have progressive scrolling system in Chart, for comfort and fast review graphical information

      What mouse do you have?

Logitech mice have the ability to unlock the mouse wheel and it will spin freely and fast.

There are scroll bars that you can enable on the chart and use to move faster.
You can also condense a chart and zoom out. I think I saw a request last night on here for further zoom out capability, all the way to a 1 pixel wide bar.

          No free wheel spin.

          3) The mouse wheel is not one of those click-to-freewheel ones; you cannot freely spin it like some mice.

It is some what painful for me to school through a condensed ES chart of 15 seconds for even 1 day with a free wheel. The mouse options in Windows 10 appear to only affect vertical scrolling (can choose 1 page at a time or up to 100 lines at a time). If this option was applied to horizontal scrolling in the charts - it could be sped out significantly.

Sledge for example this elementary logic and option in SierraChart for mouse wheel, see picture. This work with all mouse, notebook touch pad. Trader may can configure scrolling for their purpose and comfort.

Sierra cost 20$ in month, what we have in Ninja behind 1500$, lame scrolling system's.

              TCust,
I would recommend using the scroll bar located at bottom of the chart if you would like to view 20 years of data quickly. The link below highlights all of the ways you may navigate a chart.

I will be submitting a feature request on your behalf in regards to the scrolling intervals of the mouse wheel.

RyanM I not recommend for traders, use scroll bar in bottom of chart, for review chart's.

We are use mouse for other purposes, currently for analysis chart data, but not for move every time mouse on 30" display in bottom, Ninja this is trading terminal, not fitness program for hands.

                CRITICAL BUGS NT8B9 !

Thanks again for your candid feedback on this topic. We still have your feedback in SFT-460, and we treat areas for improvement as with any feature request and implement based on client demands. At this time, demand to enhance this area of the platform has been low, but our team continues to count votes as they come in from unique users.

I would encourage you to keep your posts contained to one thread so any other users who may want this functionality will have a central place to vote on issues:

I work with chart's 12 hours every day, and know what need for quality data visualization, this serious error designer NT8 in ergonomics for your Charts.

                      Thanks for the feedback.

As Matthew suggested, we focus on and implementing functionality that would be of benefit to users of our software. Your item is on the list of which we have received one vote for this feature. We see value in such a feature just as we see value in a lot of the items that are on our SFT list. However, we maintain a list of priorities and work through them as fast as we can.

                      Thank You for your understanding.
