There seems to be a problem with a chart template keeping track of the time series of nested indicators. On template load, all of the internal indicators' input series revert to being the chart's primary series.
To replicate this problem, make a new chart with a F (1 min) and a F (2 min) data series. Add an SMA with an input series that is an SMA on the 1 minute, looking like SMA(SMA(F (1 Minute),14),14). Add an SMA with an input series that is an SMA on the 2 minute, so SMA(SMA(F (2 Minute),14),14). Put them both in panel 1, so you see two separate orange lines. Save the template. Load the template, and now both of the lines are the same, SMA(SMA(F (1 Minute))).
