    FXPro, MMR, Pips, and Limits

I am a total newbie to Forex and to NinjaTrader, so I apologize if what I am asking is already covered elsewhere, or is otherwise something extremely obvious. I have noticed that in FXCM's standard platform, when you go to open a position, you can see, based on the lot size you choose and which currency pair you are looking at, what the pip value is, and what your minimal margin requirement will be. Also, what type of a limit you want to place and how to update that once you buy/sell is a little more obvious, than what I have been able to get to in NinjaTrader, as is the display of where you stand in the red or black. I am guessing that in NinjaTrader 8 there are indicators you can add on to view all these things a little more easily? Does my question make sense? Also, what does MIT stand for?

On all other accounts, the Ninja platform, especially v 8 seems extremely more functional than any other platform I've checked out, so I am not complaining. I just want to know if there are some features I haven't stumbled upon yet, or whether they might be forthcoming.

I have sifted through a bunch of the video tutorials on the ninja website and on youtube, but so far, I haven't seen anything which specifically covers this.

    Thanks for your help!!

    Moving a stop loss

As I experiment with stop losses in my demo account, I am also having trouble, if I didn't make it clear below, how I move my stop loss as the trade progresses. For example, I went long on the AUD/USD, and set a stop loss about 20 pips below the bid price. The price has since gone up about 60 pips, and I want to move my stop loss higher, but don't really see how to execute that.
    Thanks again so much!

      No PnL

Just a quick update: I closed the position I had open with the AUD/USD, which was up 70 pips from when I bought it. My PnL shows as $0.00. In fact, it showed at zero the entire time the position was open. Is this just a feature of the demo account?

        Hello migalto,
        Thanks for your post.
Please take a look at your execution. Under Quantity, what is listed for these executions?

On the executions tab, there is nothing listed at all. However, on the orders tab, the info is there, and the quantity is listed as 1.

            Hello migalto,
            Thanks for your reply.
You are trading a very small quantity which is resulting to essentially no PnL
To trade a full lot you would enter 0.1M (100,000)
To trade a mini lot you would enter 0.01M (10,000)
To trade a micro lot you would enter 1,000
            M stands for Million
