Cash Value & Buying Power Not Updating

Cash Value and Buying Power are not updating with FXCM in NT8/9. It worked fine in NT8/8 but has stopped working in the latest beta update.

I have done a complete new installation of NT8/9 and the issue persists.

Several colleagues also use NT8 in the office and all updates have the same issue irrespective whether running on Windows 8 or Windows 10.

Yes I am also having this issue on NT8 right now. I can't even trust trading my live account.

After closing a trade, realized gains or losses are not reflected either on the DOM PnL or the net liq in the control center. Somehow it just 'resets' to the original account balance. I have tried everything including restarting pc, but still the same. During open trade, everything reflects fine, but after closing or exiting a position the account balances reset.

I created another sim account and tested, still the same.

This is all during sim, however. I am hesitant to try with live trading as I'm unsure as to what impact it might have.

I am only using NT8b9 on the SIM account with FXCM..
