Shortcut or Hot Key to open

There is currently no quick way to get to the "Drawing Objects" Window. Could you please add shortcut to the "Drawing Objects" window to the top of the chart window, like where you can select the chart properties or chart trader properties.

Also, please add the functionality to be able to open the "Drawing Objects" Window using a hotkey.

The chart toolbar icon for Drawing Objects is shaped as a pencil and is between the chart style and zoom in icons. Here is your screenshot with the icon highlighted:

If you open the drawing objects menu you will see that all drawing objects have hotkeys. You can manage these hotkeys under Control Center > Tools > Hot Keys.

I am speaking of the window displaying all of the drawn objects, currently there is no hotkey or shortcut to get to that window.
