data hole in backadjusted chart

Chart is not loading any data from 3/10/2010 to 6/9/2010 from the ES 06-10 contract. I have confirmed that tick data exists for the ES 06-10 contract from 3/23/2010 to 6/28/2010. Yes, I unfortunately have a data gap from 3/11 to 3/22, but dates 3/23 to 6/9 should still load on the chart.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

This is NT8 beta 9. I am not connected to any provider. There are no errors in the log when this happens.

To test on my side, would you mind to upload the tick data for that certain time frame for the ES contract?

To export the tick data in question, please refer to the following steps:

• Go to the Control Center > Tools > Export > Historical Data
• Select the desired Instrument, Start and End dates, and Interval
• Click on the Export button.

Options to send it using https://www.sendspace.com/. The "To:" field with your email and the "From:" field with platformsupport[at]NinjaTrader[dot]com

I found a source of tick data during that time and overwrote the old data for ES 06-10. The gap no longer appears.
