    Get out of Simulation/Activate an Account

    How do I activate an account. I received login credentials from NT, and I can connect to Continuum. But the only account that appears is the Sim101 account, and I cannot uncheck the Global Simulation checkbox (NT 8 Tools->Options). Aggravating and frustrating, to say the least.
