Draw text on chart using X,Y coordinates

Hi,

I need to display a reasonable amount of text based data on the chart in a fixed format,

In NT7 I was using a drawstring method in the "override plot" void.

Text will need to be set out in columns and rows and also be of multiple colors.

See attachment for an example of what i need to achieve.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Plot method has now become OnRender for NinjaTrader 8 and is fully supported and documented to override.

To draw a line use RenderTarget.DrawLine.

To draw text use RenderTarget.DrawText or RenderTarget.DrawTextLayout.

An example of rending lines and text is shown in the Pivots indicator included with NinjaTrader 8.
New -> NinjaScript Editor -> Indicators -> Pivots
