Open/Close chartstyle on Range Bars

it was late last night when I stumbled on this....(so I could have made a mistake)....
but it seems that when using DataSeries based on 'Range Bars', ChartStyle "Open/Close" does not recognize the "DownBars" Outline color. It seems to always use the UpBar outline color.

Thank you for letting us know about this one. I may need some more information to see the issue clearly, though. When I look at this timeframe on my chart, I see that the blue bars in your screenshot are actually Up bars, and the red bars are Down bars. I also tested changing both Bar colors on my end, and was not able to reproduce the issue.

I believe I notice a slight color different between the red in your first screenshot, and the red in your second -- is that the issue that you are seeing?

The bar color is fine.... it is the Outline color that I seemed to have problems with....
It appeared that only the 'upbar Outline color' was being used.

The slight difference in red color is most likely due to the dark outline....it changes a person's visual perspective of the color

Ah okay, I see the issue now. That's a good find, thanks again. I'll get this submitted to our team to investigate a solution today, and I'll post back here soon with a tracking ID. (NTEIGHT-9392)

I'm happy to report that we were able to resolve this issue today, and you should see the fix applied in a future release. This will not make it into the upcoming Beta 9 build, but you should see it applied in the next release after that.
