NT8 freeze no errors

NT8 is randomly freezing every other day. I don't see any errors in the log / trace files. I do have several indicators running, but since the error is not consistent, how would I go about fixing this?

Are you using FXCM?

No I am on CQG. The errors seem to happen when there is large trade that occurs. I'm not sure what is failing. But it's definitely freezing once every other day when that 'thing' occurs. No errors or log either.
