Not getting real time data from kinetick

Hi,
I'm using Kinetick as data provider and I have noticed that sometimes, usually after few hours of working, I lose the real time data and there's a difference between what I see in NT and what I see in IB. Kinetick support already confirmed that I should be receiving real time.

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Unfortunately, I have not yet received your files

Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to a new email
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160205.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160205.txt"

Okay, I just emailed them. And I assumed you meant Ninja Trader 8 folder (not Ninja Trader 7, as written).
