Bars overlapping if equidistant spacing disabled +3 other related issues

This screencast demonstrates 4 issues I have found about equidistant spacing (when disabled):

With Equidistant Bar Spacing disabled:
1. Any trading sessions when markets closed early will have bars overlapped on the chart (I have only tested daily candlestick charts).
2. Overlapped bars cover 3 periods and "normal" bars cover two periods.
3. First bar on the chart is no longer visible.
4. Since bars are shifted for obvious reasons drawing tools can no longer be snapped on to correct price levels.
