It also isn't visible if you try to export it. I know there is a known bug that you can not export indicators that are in a custom namespace or folders that is open. But this indicator is NOT in a custom namespace or folder.

Indicator Showing Up in Ninja Editor but not Chart
I created an indicator which compiles fine, is able to be seen in the Ninja editor but is not seen when trying to attach it to a chart. I am not using any custom name spaces and the indicator is saved in the default indicator location. I have been at this for over an hour. Saving and deleting, copying and pasting and it still inst visible when trying to attach it to a chart.
It also isn't visible if you try to export it. I know there is a known bug that you can not export indicators that are in a custom namespace or folders that is open. But this indicator is NOT in a custom namespace or folder.Tags: None

I am posting my solution in case anyone experiences the same thing.
Even though the indicator compiled correctly NT8 did not like it. When I took a look at the NT8 log I saw the following
Why this wasn't picked up by the compiler is the interesting part."Indicator 'PriorHLOC': Error on calling 'OnStateChange' method: Added Plots or Lines must have a unique name"
