    I cannot create a new chart

    Hi,

    I work with NT7 over 2 weeks. Everything was working fine, but now I have a problem with creating a new chart. It is impossible anymore. The NT does not react when I want to create a new chart. Allready saved charts in my workspaces are working.
    It shows me this error in the log tab:

    CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: F.US.CCE.F00 could not be resolved

    Can you help me please?

    Hello, thank you for your post!

    I was unable to reproduce this on my end. To clarify and to attempt to reproduce this, do you see this while opening any instrument or just the CC instrument? What interval and expiry do you have selected?

    What data provider are you connecting to?

    Could you also provide me with your workspace file, so that I may test? You may find this file in this directory: Doucments/NinjaTrader 8/workspaces. The name of your workspace will be the name of the workspace file.
