Currently there is no way to set a condition in a custom market analyzer column that allows you to compare two different indicators like you are able to do when you create alerts. When you create alerts a special conditional builder window pops up. This feature should be added to the column creation.
If not, at minimum one of the action items for an alert should be the ability to populate a column with the alert.
