Charts are blank for instruments

I had loaded a couple of charts and saved as the default work space. Everything worked fine. Then today when I opened NT8, the chart window is not displaying any bars or any of the axis information. However, I can see the ask/bids changing on the chart trader window.

Also the indicator button on top is disabled, which I presume is due to no bars displaying.

I tried backing up and restoring, as well as uninstalling/reinstalling NT8, but its the same issue. This happens even if i use a default chart template. How can I recover from this?

Unfortunately NinjaTrader 8 is unable to connect to its historical data server at this time. I have sent a report to the server team. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

Can you please restart NinjaTrader 8 and you should be able to connect to the historical data server again.
