Chart does not load requested amount of Data

Can't find anyone with a similar issue, but trialing NT8 with several years of 60-240 minute data for use in composite profiles and i can't get NT8 to load the requested amount of data on the chart. I'm not seeing any errors, it just seems to ignore the range or the number of days requested and only loads the same number of days each time...

Thank you for reporting this. Is there anything else you can tell me about the scenario in which this occurs? Does this happen on a blank chart with nothing but data series and/or pre-loaded indicators applied, or do you have a custom Composite Profile indicator applied to the chart when it occurs? Is there anything else non-standard going on when the issue occurs? Does the issue occur on any other timeframes than 60m or 240m?
