NT 8.0.0.8 NullRefenceException on Log

Hello,

I was processing an Optimization and I received this error on the log:

Fill type `Default fill type` Error on calling OnBar method System.NullReferenceException. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Strategy "..." An Set() method to submit an exit order... has been ignored.

I have uploaded a screen print of the log.

Are these log entries related ?

The strategy uses only EnterLong & EnterShort and ExitLong & ExitShort orders but also uses SetStopLoss.

Occasionally a position will not use an Exit command but will reverse from long-to-short or vis-versa WITHOUT using the Exit command. Like a SAR

Is this was what is causing the exception, when a position reverses without a prior Exit command ?

Thank you for the question.

I would be unsure based on what is provided what may have caused the messages. I would expect the ignore message in the case the order was ignored, but the null object message is a different story mainly because it is listed from the FillType.

Can you tell me was this the only time this has occurred or can you reproduce this at will? If you can reproduce this at will I would like to see what logic is being used in that script, that may provide more information on what is causing the message.
