ChartScale Properties

I am trying to get different coordinates and or price values of the current chart but I keep getting this error

"An object reference is required for the non-static field, method, or property 'NinjaTrader.Gui.Chart.ChartScale.GetValueByY(floa t)' CS0120 679 84

Did you get a ChartScale like this? Does this help any?
