Trade perf screen missing a trade

My Trade perf report, acct summary, etc are missing one of my trades from last week. It shows on my broker report but not NT8 report.

Thanks for your post.

Please send me as much information regarding the order that did not show up in NT8 such as what instrument, price the order executed at and any other relevant information along with the log and trace files to [email protected] Attn: Patrick S.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
