Chart trader crash, seem to be related to attached indicator

Customer complain chart trader crash
this is not consistent so I cannot duplicate it or use minimal version of the indicator
He has custom indicators but I cannot tell exactly if this is the cause of the problem
He play with attach order to custom indicator but not sure this is the problem

see attached trace and exception stack, even if the source is misbehaved indicator the error need to be improved so can point to the problem.
