    Connection to IS server lost error

    Hi

    When i'm connecting to AMP(CQG), the connection is successful but in the log it shows

    Connection to IS server lost


    I can't reload historical data, it remains in 'loading' status.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
