    Cannot retrieve any historical data CQG HDS5

    Problem started about an hour ago.

    Charts do not load and historical data tool Load tab doesn't work either.

    HDS5.Ninjatrader.com/31655

    I have only one workspace open now.

    It contains only one chart with one data series and no indicators on it.

    Hello Ricam,

    Thank you for your post! We're able to replicate this on our end and have switched our servers to HDS6.

    Please restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur.

      Restarted PC and problem was gone but I see that there was indeed a server problem.
      Gotta keep an eagle eye on HDS5 and 6, they frequently misbehave!
