problem to plot renko bar

hi, i'm trying ninjatrader 8.0 ....
I try to load renko chart but i see this error:

What is the problem? i need authorization to plot renko chart.....i don't understand

(if i plot whit time chart..it works properly)

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
