    Market Replay not displaying chart correctly

    When using market replay on CQG data, the data does not update the chart to the time specified on the time slider (it generally ends at either 16:00 or 18:00 NZT), although when looking at a later time the originally missing data is displayed correctly (see attached). This occurs whether using replay or historical data.

    I have re-downloaded the historical and the replay data.

    I noticed this in NT7, but it corrected after I reloaded the replay data.

    Does data stop replaying at the same time when replaying other days or only 1/9/2016.

      No, it does it for all days.

        Can you please right click within your chart->Data Series and tell me what Trading hours template you have applied to your chart.

          it's the 'use instrument settings' template, in which the 'trading hours' is set to 'CME US Index Futures ETH'. The computer's current timezone is NZDT.

            As a test can you please close NinjaTrader then set your PC time zone to Eastern Time and let me know if you can replay multiple days that you have data for without experiencing this behavior.

              Timezone set to EST as requested, no difference (Apart from it stopping at midnight EST).

                I was unable to reproduce this behavior on my end. Please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
