Takes multiple trys to open charts

When I have NT8 minimized, I more often than not have to click on the chart several times before it opens.

More specifically, if NT8 is minimized on the taskbar and I then place my cursor over the NT8 icon I then see the control center and my charts. When I click on a chart it sometimes pulls it up full screen and just as often makes a 'ding' sound and minimizes everything. It can take up to 5 tries before it opens.

I would like to attempt to reproduce this on my end so that we can find the cause of this behavior and find a solution.


What steps did you take before noticing this behavior your platform?

Well lets see. I have two monitors. A 5 min on one monitor and 1 min on the other. I minimize one or both charts by clicking the Minimize button on the NT chart. Then I have problems re -opening. I just re-started NT and sometimes they open right away other times not.

I have 4 charts stacked on the taskbar. 2 of the charts have multiple tabs and two charts are just the one chart.

Not sure what else to tell you.

We would need to be able to reproduce the issue on our end with steps we can recreate and understand what the source of the behavior you are seeing is.
