Unable to connect

Hi

A the start of NT8 today I get the error message: "AMP Live: Unable to connect to the remote server. (Logon Failed)".

Does the problem come from their end or yours?

Hello Lurefo,

I am not aware of connection issues with CQG.

Could it be you have other software running on your computer that could be blocking NinjaTrader from connecting to the CQG server? Please terminate all other applications you have running, restart NinjaTrader and check if you can get connected.

Please try a reset of your modem/router and check if this will make a difference.

Are you wireless connected? If so, please hard wire your computer to your modem/router if possible.

How many devices do you have connected to your modem/router? Is NinjaTrader able to connect if less devices are connected to your modem/router?

Do you perhaps have another internet connection available? Maybe you can use your mobile phone (hot spot) as internet source. If so, please check if NinjaTrader can connect to the CQG server using the other internet connection.

It's the only program running on my trading box. I get disconnected, then it come back on after a few minutes. Then back off again, etc...

Just sent the email with trace and log to support.
