Market replay down?

I have been trying to download data for Market replay for an hour and every time I try it gets hung up and says its downloading data but never comes out of that cycle.

Is the replay down?

Thank you for your post.

Market Replay servers are functioning normally at this time. I would recommend that you reboot your PC, modem and router then try your download again.

If you encounter further issues after rebooting please tell me which instrument and date you are trying to download data for so that I may further test here.

I have done as you suggested and I am still having issues downloading USDJPY and AUDNZD. I haven't tried other pairs
