    COM Automation calls

I am new to programming an d asking a basic noob question

does NT 7 and 8 support COM Automation calls?

Basically I have a program that is a Runtime Server with a collection of libraries and utilities that allow me to run models without my program operating.

Can ninja trader call these models I create with the other program by
    COM Automation calls?

And if so how would the model appear in ninja trader? By a sub box below
the time series or candles sticks of a stock chart?

And is there any resources you could link me to that would be great?

    thank you

    Hello,

    Thank you for the question.

I would be unsure on this question, is this currently something you are able to access in general from a standard C# application?

If so, likely the same syntax/references could be used in NinjaTrader version permitting.

If this is something you are currently not using C# to access, you may have difficulties but otherwise if you are able to use C# to access the server as needed, you should be able to use it in the platform.

I look forward to being of further assistance.
