I've reloaded and repaired Ninjatrader 8 but it continues to load all windows black.

Make sure you create a new thread for any new reports. It doesn't look like your issue here relates to the topic of the thread you originally posted in.
Can you tell me about your PC's hardware, specifically what graphics card you're using?
