Playback connection improvements

Hi

There are a few things that would greatly enhance the playback connection.

1. Each time you disconnect from the playback connection 101 the account balance goes back to 0.

2. Setting there is no way to add commissions to the current playback connection 101. If you set up another playback connection to solve this issue. N T 8 will not start again. The error will be: Error X Unable to connect to DB: An item with the same key has already been added.

Hi Tradewel,

1. Unless I misinterpret, the account balance for the replay account does reset upon disconnecting/reconnecting to the Playback Connection.

2. The Playback101 account is actually meant to replicate several properties (specifically denomination, commission, Forex lot size, Initial Cash, Total Max Position Size, Risk, and Minimum Cash Value), Any time the Playback101 account is reset, the Playback101 properties should be also reset to match current Sim101 properties.
