    Historical data error

Cannot reload historical data. Keep getting same error. I've tried to repair db and also performed an uninstall reinstall.

Yep, received same error this morning.. Seems to be related to only and all CME products.. Ice, Crude, Gold, Silver were all fine..

Same here. It seems to be in the date calculations of End Date under data series.

This seems related to the error I reported here : http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ad.php?t=81437

But my error only occurs if I am adding a secondary data series.

Thanks for reporting this guys. Can you guys give me details on your exact chart setup, so that I can test your specific scenario on my end? I'm not seeing this error while working with CME products throughout the day, so I'm wondering if there is some common factor among your different chart setups which could point to a cause.

It was with all my charts. It was something to do with how it was handling the holiday. I noticed in the log that it wasn't recognizing the current day as a valid trading day and was trying to roll forward to the 28th (see my attached screen shot of the error).

Happened for me on Christmas morning for any CME product.. Nothing special about the charts.. just simple time based, with or without indys.. Here's a portion of the trace file..

I hadn't tried opening those charts again until Monday morn and the issue no longer presented itself, so must have had something to do with the Holidays..

if you notice the "from" date is greater than the "to" date

Thank you for the additional info. It turns out that we had already identified this particular issue (NTEIGHT-9228) as the result of a discrepancy between Trading Hours templates and the partial holidays defined within them. We'll be pushing a fix to the Trading Hours templates soon to resolve this, which you should receive on startup of NinjaTrader 8 when they are available.

Yep.. and for me, if it helps, I did not experience the problem with TF, DX, CL, GC, or SI.. Which is why I mentioned it only effected CME products.. ES, YM, NQ, 6E, and ZB all had the problem.. Not sure if or how you'll be able isolate that now.. but hopefully this info might help..
