Accounts disappear

I'm using NT8 8.0.0.7 (Standard) - BETA
1. I open NT8 in "Global Simulation Mode" and connect to "Kinetic EOD Free", I don't see any accounts in the account tab.
2. I can create simulation account "TestAccount", it works: http://take.ms/RJdo0
3. When I restart NT, I see no accounts in the account tab again.
4. When I attempt to recreate account with the same name, it fails with unhandled exception: http://take.ms/NsGRK

Had you previously been able to see the Sim101 account displayed in the Accounts tab?

When installing NinjaTrader 8, had you migrated information from NinjaTrader 7?

Do you see any accounts if you connect to any real-time data providers?
