Loading Ninja Trader Database & Key is already added

Hi

This is about loading the program. Clicking on the N T 8 64 bit icon. The program fails to load. It gets to Initializing database and then there is an error that reads:
Error X unable to connect to DB: An item with the same key has already been added.

The program just hangs there and can't load. Turning off the computer results in the same situation.

Can you please write in to PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] Com with your log and trace files? Also include a link to this forum post.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder.

Attach any log file with today's date.
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder.
