Stock Data doesn't work for interactive brokers

I have connected Interactive Brokers to Ninja Trader 8. I followed all the instructions on your guide for connecting Interactive Brokers to Ninja Trader. I got a successful connection. For example, I am able to put YM on a chart. The problem is the chart won't load stock symbols. For example it won't display "SPY" data. However, the "SPY" data does appear on the dynamic DOM and time and sales. But, when I try to put up a chart it just says "Loading" in the upper left hand but never loads.
