NT8B8 Charts Maximized don't fit Panel

Good Morning:

Since updating from NT8B6 to NT8B7 whenever I maximize a chart the chart always leaves a small area on the bottom and to the right of the desktop background between the chart and the panel border. See attached.

I've deleted the work space and recreated from scratch a single chart with no indicators. No change.

A non-maximized window looks correct, see attached.
